- Tap the button
and select 
- Select the directory where your images are located
- Select images for adding.
- Press open and the image get added on your content
- If you have multiple images you can choose to collate the same by ticking the Make a Qcollate
- You can rename the document / image, modify subject, change document type and add tags
- Press save to save data
