button on the department dashboard
- Admin can upload the file containing all the departments and department codes.
- Admin will get a file to download where the data can be entered as per the format.
- Upload the file so that all the departments will get added in one attempt.

Recommended Approach : As all the first year students have common subjects, it is recommended to create just one department for all the first year students.
